Some of the most common questions I hear from clients are, “Why do I get so overwhelmed?” or, “What do I do when I get completely overwhelmed and want to quit?”
The problem is they think they’re alone, and the vexing issue of overwhelm is a personal issue. It’s not. Overwhelm is a common response whenever we try to take on something new. The reason why may surprise you. Overwhelm is not just “the way it is,” and it definitely does not have to be that way.
